If there is a problem, please notify us immediately upon receipt of merchandise, retaining all products and shipping materials. We will do everything we can to make you happy!

If you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you can return or exchange the product within 10 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused condition.

All Products returned under this policy are eligible for a full refund excluding shipping costs. Refunds are given as credits to the original method of payment or as Gift Certificates.

If a customized order is cancelled once the Gift Basket(s) are already made, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
